Were pretty confident your going to look our pieces however, if you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a full refund (excluding postage costs) to the original payment method or exchange it for another item.


Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:


  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition and have no damage.


To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:


  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you are returning..
  • Attach a clearly written label onto your parcel, stating the return address info listed in our responding email..
  • Use your local post office to send your parcel (we recommend special delivery as the quickest and safest option and always keep the proof of postage.).


Additional Information:


  • How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit.

Once we receive your returned item you will have your refund within 3-5 working days, if not sooner. If you are exchanging the item and we have your new item in stock, it will be posted the same day upon receiving the returned item. If we do not have your exchange item in stock we will email you details about when you can expect the new item.

  • Any shipping fees the you will need to pay.

Unfortunately due to being a small business we cannot yet cover the postage fees for returns and exchanges. However, if your are in the North of Ireland and can make it to Craigavon we are happy for you to return your piece in person, just state this in your initial email and we can arrange a drop off.

  • How we handle lost or damaged returns.

If your item has been damaged in the post, you are welcome to return the item for us to repair (at no cost apart from shipping fees) but not for a refund.

Please read our Jewellery Care info section as any items that are damaged through your use are not liable for a refund. However, we are happy to repair any item for an agreed cost.
